Section 174
Drivers of other vehicles must comply with this Act
Vehicles not required to be registered in accordance with this Act or any vehicle not required to obtain a driver's license in accordance with this Act, while driving such a vehicle, the driver shall comply with this Act or the rules or orders issued under this Act. You must follow the prescribed traffic signals.
